I contacted Steve through the Right Move website. We arranged a time for him to call to make an Appraisal of our property in view to sell. I received no confirmation email or text.
No Covid health and safety checks. And had to ring the office and confirm the appointment myself.
On the day of the appointment Steve didn’t arrive. After waiting half an hour, ringing the office and getting an answering machine, he called me back.
He Obviously had no idea who I was. I said we had an appointment, this morning he Replied “well I’m obviously not there!
where am I meant to be?”

We've used Steve for 3 house moves during our 16 years living in Leighton. Our dealings with other Agents in town during house hunts have been with sleazy and pushy individuals. Extremely poor service received by this company. Our scheduled appointment resulted in a no show. No phone call, email or text to inform us that they were not going to be attending. I would not recommend Steve Latham and Co nor will I be using them for any business.

Steve Latham is a brilliant estate agent who goes the extra mile. We have sold through him twice now. He offers a personal service second to none. He gets to know you and your property so he can find you the best buyers. All the little things make a difference too- for example, he spotted we had a problem in our bathroom and offered to sort out a plumber for us as we were away from home. When we were let down by our removal firm he offered to help. You will not find a better service. I highly recommend Steve.
