Worst landlord ever, never bothered to answer the phone for any query or issue from the property... After you move to the property you have no rights you have to manage with everything by yourself even when it is literally raining inside,and after all this lovely story she is keeping you nearly half of the deposit for no reason as she did not bother to explain us why she did this. So stay away from this kind of person, avoid her!
