Services
Hill View Infant Academy has a very strong working Governing Body. The members are made up with two Parent Governors, five Co-opted Governors, one Staff Governor and the Head teacher. We work in partnership with the staff and make it our responsibility to ensure our school is a happy environment in which children can work and play.
If you have any further questions please contact the school office using the above number or email address. If you are interested in sending your child to our school, please make an appointment with the Senior Leadership Team who will show you round our school. I can't thank you enough for the education, care and development my child has received since staring.
As a school, we completely understand how inconvenient this period is but we can assure you that we will continue to offer all our children opportunities to continue their education. If your child is in Nursery or Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 you will be able to access your child's remote learning via our online platform SHOWBIE.
Throughout EYFS (Nursery and Reception) everyone works hard to develop each child's capacity to learn, helping them to make good progress and develop excellent attitudes. Learning in the Foundation Stage reflects the EYFS Statutory framework and Development matters guidance. Every child is a unique individual who is constantly learning and can be resilient, capable, confident and self-assured.
Hill View Infant Academy are currently reviewing their curriculum as part of our continued strive for improvement. This is a school development priority 2019-20. Our curriculum is planned to meet the needs of our children and families and is reflective of baseline data and the life experiences our children bring with them.
