First opened her beauty salon 10 years ago with more than 15 year experience and a NVQ level 4 in beauty therapy. NVQ level 3 assessor / education and teaching, and many more courses attended over the year's Sam loves all aspect of the beauty & hair industry, from waxing, stunning nails, air base make-up to semi-permanent make up.

Barbers they are not.
Booked a men's hair cut at short notice which was nice, and then even changed it for an earlier appointment.
Got to my appointment and when I said what I'd like done the hair dresser immediately said "I DON'T DO SKIN FADES". I think she meant 'I CAN'T'.
This managed my expectations for the hair cut and it was clear the hair dresser was inexperienced with men's hair. Asked for a grade 2 sides and back as an alternative but she didn't manage it and an uneven cut on the top left me disappointed.
I wouldn't mind so much but their website advertisers the fact they do men's

I’ve been going to Sam’s for about 2 years now and Debby is my hairdresser. I was always so nervous about going to the hairdressers but she made me feel so comfortable and we have such a laugh. My hair was a complete pain but she’s managed to over the years take it from brown to blonde to platinum blonde and silver and back to a gorgeous auburn colour all the while my hair has stayed in great condition which is amazing and I could never thank her enough! I cannot emphasise how welcoming and lovely Sams salon is, all the ladies (and gents) are lovely and I will never stop going here!

This salon has always been one if the most professional salons I have ever used. The staff cannot be more helpful and the skill of the hairdressers are second to none. I cannot praise them highly enough. And now with the added pressure of Covid 19 they are most diligent and scruplious in their customer care.
