The cottage provides a high level of comfort and has everything you need for a perfect self catering holiday or short break. Fresh flowers, a 'welcome basket' and many little extras will make you feel instantly at home. This is an ideal holiday home in Penzance for a small family or just a couple who require just a little more space, with two bedrooms one double and one twin.
Fine dining restaurants, cosy cafes and gastro pubs many of which are situated in the historic chapel street area which is a 5 minute stroll away. Local Cornish ingredients are treated with care and confident skill by a very experienced chef.
Damage - we reserve the right to charge your card in the unlikely event of damage or extra cleaning to the cottage. Payment / deposits are not refundable however we will always try to re-let the cottage and if successful will return any payment made minus an administration charge of 10.
