They did everything to get my husband and I into the fabulous Bill's Loft at short notice last week. I could kick myself for booking somewhere different initially - simply because I only needed three nights.
They went out of your way to get me in as quickly as possible, even though I telephoned out of hours (very early)!
Whilst my husband and I are not exactly international jet setters, we do travel about 6-7 times a year, and I have never had such good service from any letting company as I have from the Cottage Boutique, so thank you so much.

Just wanted to let you know what an enjoyable week we had staying in “Sonamara”.
As a very regular visitor to beautiful St.Ives, I certainly wasn’t disappointed by the panoramic views from the lounge & bedroom windows.
It was also a welcome surprise, to find some wine & local cheeses etc. Extremely thoughtful.
It was a pleasure dealing with this company.

Except for the fact that I went home with the flu we had a lovely time…walked Sennen cove to Lands End, had a very blustery visit to the Lizard etc. and the weather was better than expected which is always a bonus. We’ve been holidaying in Cornwall ever since I was a child but this was the first time that we’d stayed in St Ives. Lily’s Cottage proved to be a real surprise as it was far better than expected and in hindsight some items we’d taken could have been left at home. I spent the February half term in another one of The Cottage Boutiques properties and I have to say that I have not been disappointed yet! We have been back and forth to St Ives umpteen times over the last few years and would never hesitate to choose something from their books. The properties seem to be very carefully selected and the decor is always beautiful.The staff are lovely and there is something very special about being given wine and cheese on arrival! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at 5 Piazza and would like to thank all of you at the Cottage Boutique and the owners of 5 Piazza for everything you do to make our holidays happy. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and everything, from the time we book until we leave, runs so smoothly. As you can tell, we love staying at No. 5 and could not ask for more.
