I moved to Aspects a couple of years ago, from another holiday let agency with which I had become disillusioned. The experience has been very good. The team at the Penzance office are friendly, efficient and responsive. When there are the inevitable niggles with guests they strike a good balance between dealing with minor issues themselves and contacting me for more substantial matters. My bookings are good, and my guests also give good reports about the service they get from Aspects. JD

Bini and the team in Penzance have been absolutely amazing. We are completely new to holiday letting and thanks to Aspects it has been so easy.
