This review has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of products or instillation, it's about this company's management and treatment of a young lad who was given a job but after 1 shift (8hrs 45m) he was told the very next day (1hr 25mins before his shift) that he wasn't suitable for the job and employment terminated. This job was on backshift 15:15-0:00 and No explanation as to why he was unsuitable for the job was ever given. In my opinion this length of time is nowhere near enough time to be able to assess someone and come to the conclusion that they are unsuitable for the job. It then
