I am not your traditional Estate Agent, however, I've always owned, rented, sold, and refurbished property since the age of 18. I took over the reins of family business Peter Anthony in 2010, having previously worked for a number of financial institutions including society generale and Eurobank in London and immediately set about bringing my skills to create a modern agency fit for today's market.
A Landlord at the age of 18, David has many years of experience building a medium sized portfolio including refurbishment projects and new builds. David's background was in Information Technology and finance, working for some of the leading finance companies (Eurobank, Societe Generale, Kensington Mortgages, etc.) before taking the reins of the family business Peter Anthony.

We completed the purchase of our new home with Peter Anthony at the end of March this year. With the added stress of the stamp duty holiday deadline ending it was a rush to get the purchase over the line as quickly as possible. Jamie from the Levenshulme office was fantastic from the get go. Ben at Peter Anthony was excellent! We decided to appoint Peter Anthony estate agents due to their professionalism and reasonable fees . They understood that keeping us informed was important, especially as the buyers had delayed the sale process due to their funds being withheld by the bank. Ben is dedicated and used his initiative to communicate with the parties regularly and we are so happy that we decided to trust Ben and the team with our sale.
