Stamp Duty Land Tax replaced the old Stamp Duty system which dated back over 300 years. Stamp Duty taxation is limited to the acquisition of property & land situated in the UK, the boundary being the low water mark of every part of the UK which borders the sea. We recently sold an apartment with TK International. We listed the flat during the COVID pandemic which was a difficult time for the market. Despite this, they managed to arrange a large number of viewings, far more than were arranged by other agencies, and secured us as offer which has recently completed.
Despite the pandemic, difficult market and very challenging negotiation with anxious first time buyers, Ben and James were extremely professional at all times. Even when we were frustrated, they remained polite and calm and helped us to work through to a successful sale.

Having made the decision to let my Hampstead apartment for the first time, I was understandably uncertain and nervous about the process. I need not have been. Jerome and his team at TK handled the transaction with efficiency and the utmost professionalism, arranging everything from landlord safety checks, to a professional clean and even the removal of my furniture and possessions to my new home in the Cotswolds. I have used TK for a number of years. They rented our house, and also took care of all of it's maintenance. A few years ago, their service saw a bit of a slump, and we almost switched. I am glad I did not.
In the last year, I have certainly noticed a significant pick up in service levels. As in any business, it's all about the people and their attitude. I must say the current team is doing a super job. Proactive, service oriented, looking for solutions at every opportunity,.

I have always wanted to work with TK International and came close a few times with the wonderful Danny in sales who introduced me to Matthew Bookatz in lettings. I have to say Mat is the most delightful and helpful lettings agent I have worked with his team of Jerome and Charlotte are a delight to work with and really straightforward and charming, Mat went the extra yard for me secured a great rental and nothing was too much for him.
