The estate agents at Northfields are professional, competent, and friendly. Gabriele and Freya in particular were excellent at keeping me up to date on properties that were no longer available to view and new properties that were about to come on the market. Although the property I ended up viewing wasn't what I was looking for, I would happily use Northfields again in the future.

A perfect experience
We weren't as thorough as some while looking for a place to move and only went through a handful of options, but out of this small selection working with Gabriele at Northfields truly stood out. The referencing process (we are a bit of an unusual couple documents-wise) was conducted truly superbly. We went through options and found solutions together, and always felt truly cared for. Northfields were SO helpful in my search for a flat, even letting me in to register after they had just closed one evening. They were very attentive to what I was looking for - Gabriele in particular was most helpful and very professional and also managed find somewhere suitable in less than a week and making the whole process stress free. The staff at Northfields have been so amazingly helpful helping get the girls sorted for the move to their new flat. Victoria has been a great guiding hand, patient with our many questions, and very responsive to any queries we have had. Paul has been enthusiastic and charming from the start, making sure we know what is happening and when. Worst real estate Agent in London especially Shepherd's Bush branch! I had a viewing at 18.10.2019 evening on Mayfield. Real estate agent came to the flat 20mins late! I liked the flat and wanted to give an offer. I called the agency on Saturday but Georgia wasn't in the office. I called them on monday morning, they asked my Mortgage Broker's details, I sent them. Then they asked copy of my ID to submit my offer and I sent my driving licence's photocopy. I'm serious buyer that's why looking at flats everyday on Zoopla and yesterday I saw below the banner. We recently sold our flat in Kelmscott Gardens and have been really satisfied by the services provided by this agency.
The Sales Manager, Caroline Watkins, always went the extra mile to help us finding a good buyer, even when the first accepted offer fell through because the buyer changed his views on the property. The Sales Manager was able to provide us with a second good offer within less than a week, which eventually ended up with the sale of the flat.
The office has quite a big team, so even when she wasn't in the office herself, there were always other members of staff ready to help

Worst Real Estate Agency ever dealt with. They misguide you into renting their properties, once done instead of managing it they will ignore all your requests. I left the flat one month ago and still haven´t heard a word from them regarding the return of the deposit. When I refer to the lease agreement, their answer was that "nothing is set in stone". Stay away from them!!!
