My review is about my experience with customer services, not the service they provide.
I gave two stars only because I think they are very unprofessional.
I've sent them an enquiry through the website about my exhaust that was hanging/falling down. I've received a reply from C. H. which I thought was very unprofessional. Starting the conversation with "Hi.... " not sure about the ....!? Not following any professional business etiquette.
I work and communicate with clients every day as part of my job and this is not a reply I would give to anyone.
One day later my husband did drive there and
