During the course of your day, you will create accounting transactions that require recording in your accounts. This will be lots of different things, for example a Sales Invoice, a Cash Expense for Milk and Tea etc. Or you will receive an invoice from your Supplier or you may wish to pay a Supplier.

If you are VAT Registered, then the VAT element of what you have just generated will need to be recorded in the correct manner. The scheme applies mainly to contractors and subcontractors in mainstream construction work, however businesses or organisations whose core activity isn't construction but have a high annual spend on construction may also count as contractors and fall under the scheme.

Entering of all Sales Invoices, Credit Notes and Sales Receipts. Entering of all Supplier Invoices, Credit Notes and Supplier Payments. Recording of all activities within your Bank Accounts and full weekly, monthly or quarterly Reconciliations. All of the above services can be provided weekly, monthly, quarterly or even Yearly, either at your work premises or at my own address.
Tracy is entrusted with sorting out our bookkeeping which means doing all our bank reconciliations, VAT returns and payroll. All of this is done with minimum fuss and on time. More importantly she is able to remind me that things need to be done as I have a tendency to get caught up doing other things.
