So on seeing the advert online I proceeded to fill In my details for these guys to call me back. Ian called me the next day, I asked about the van and had a few other questions which where answered very efficiently so I proceeded to book an appointment. When I arrived Ian and his colleague was very welcoming and took me out to see the van straight away for a test drive. After that we went Indoors to proceed with the paperwork, I had a few memory problems but Ian was great and got it all sorted smoothly. I'd highly recommend these guys if your looking at buying a van

I was told that I would do a deal on the phone show photos and come to an agreement but when you turn up they will demand more money and find fault, I was unsure that this would happen due to them being extremely nice and professional over the phone.
condensation in the clocks, stored over Christmas hairdryer was needed to dry out, poor paintwork to the handlebars and mirror glass was glued in , Ian said how do you expect me to sell that bike like that I can't do the deal I need more money, bearing in mind it was an absolute lowball price trading to start off with, due to looking at the photos

I bought a Triumph Bobber from Iain after finding it on autotrader. The bike showed up looking like it had been ridden off road even though the pictures were immaculate in a show room. This didn’t bother me as I chalked it up to a test ride before delivering to me in winter. The problem comes with the fact that I was given the idea that the bike came with full Service History(one service) and two keys. When I got the bike there was a pre filled out form to apply for a logbook and no spare key. When asked Iain said it was taking a long time to get the paperwork from some mysterious source because

I bought my Mercedes Sprinter from Iain and had an issue with the engine light coming on flashing after an hour of driving – Iain responded to my out of hours call and had the issue fixed promptly the next workday (all within the warranty). The entire buying process was so much more relaxed and easy than what it felt like with other dealers and the service when we had the issue was excellent! I would recommend them for sure.

Phoned today about buying a Van asked if that was his best price!! The man was very rude To me and Then put the phone down on me😡 Well Webb’s of Ealing even though you are not in Ealing I will take me hard earned £10000 elsewhere Thank you very much your attitude to your customers makes me think you won’t sell many vehicles and also if it’s not business you deserve to loose your job !!!!

I bought mercedes car from them with a discount 100 pound and it was nice car however it is supposed to have two keys but the spare one was not working and he makes me to pay the half price for making a new spare key although this is happened one week after buying the car.
Other than this issue, i think the car was nice till now.
My problem that he told me that they donot give guarantee on the keys . Iam afraid if something happened to the car , then he can inform me that it isnot in guarantee.
