Put our car in for a service cost was £250,took all day and when we got it back it had not been cleaned at all inside or out,we thought that for the price we expected a clean car as we did last year,not good and very disapointed with this service and also the milage was place wrongly on the paper work the tech put down over 30,000 miles when it is only 10,000,i feel that they are rushing the jobs on tge vehicle and missing things out,and it make me think what else have they not done on our car.not good and we are very unhappy customers.

I would give the team at Ruslip at big fat 10/10.
I came in Sept to get a replacement car key for my MG EV and Karen booked the service for me too on this visit. Just had my first MG EV low milage service. Excellent service provided. My car was washed too.

Don't be fooled because it is a Nissan approved service station. I only came here as Westway Nissan Hanwell unfortunately closed down and WLMG Nissan was the closest for me. The customer service was very poor, as I handed over the keys I asked for the WiFi login details as I had to use my work laptop for important meetings, the guy at the service desk said he will find out, but that never happened. I then asked the lady at the counter who told me...the guy must have walked past me 7 times knowing I asked him for the WiFi details. The waiting area is poor standard, not representing the Nissan brand

Had a great experience from this very professional outfit. 1st service on my MG EV and received a fully serviced vehicle back 24 hours later as agreed. Car cleaned, teddy bear presented and saved £60 on the service from my original service centre. Will recommend to my friends for sure.

Repair ran a little late, when I was given my car back it was left outside running with the door open which I felt was strange. I guess they were trying to hurry me out of the place because when I checked they had scratched my car on two corners!
I give them two stars as they accepted responsibility (only after I spotted the scratches) and have said they will fix it. this remains to be done, but that is because of my time constraints. Lets see how this ends...
