I'm currently looking to buy a Porsche 991.2 Turbo S, so I cheekily called 991Virgin for a bit of advice (cheeky as they don't have one in stock to sell me). I can't believe how helpful Tom was, giving me 20+ minutes of his valuable time, guidance and expertise. I'd like to think I'm a good judge of character, and based on this conversation alone I would have no hesitation whatsoever in buying a car from 911Virgin should the opportunity arise.

I’m not an easy customer. My bar is set high. I like things that are correct. So when looking for another 911 it needed be perfect. Tom got it immediately. Having bought several Porsches from Tom at 911Virgin I've just bought a 2005 low mileage, one owner 997 C2S from them which Tom delivered yesterday. I bought the car unseen and Tom is probably one of the few dealers I'd trust enough to do this; the car is absolutley beautiful, just as Tom described and the preparation is second to none. If anyone is looking to buy a Porsche, I would definitely recommend that they speak to Tom at 911V knowing that they can trust him & offer advice as required. Many thanks again, and I will be back !!

Apologies - this is going to be a long review, but I think it is well deserved.
My experience with 911 Virgin was as follows:
I arranged a time on a Saturday to look at one of the cayman's they had listed. One of their staff (Joji) picked my wife and me up from the station (which I thought was fantastic), and took us to their showroom/complex. At… this point Tom talked us through the car & listed its features - in an informative way, rather than a "pushy salesman" way. I think this was a key difference between the way 911 virgin works, compared to a lot of the other previous dealerships

Excellent service throughout and superb communication and help with my purchase.
Found the Porsche dealerships slightly arrogant and condescending (bit like in the film Pretty Woman!) and they could learn a lot from 911V! Great handover today with Terry who was very informative and helpful.
And the car - a lifelong dream come true, utterly brilliant and instantly addictive in every way! Thanks guys.
