Fernando was so friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to assist us and actually stopped what he was doing to make sure we were ok as no one else had come over.
He was polite and very knowledgeable and made the whole process really easy. Bryan in the finance department was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The buying process was pleasant. Kind people and speedy service. Just don’t take out the warranty on a car around 4/5 years old or with a mileage around 60.000 miles as they won’t pay out on most things as it will be put done to wear and tear and other small print even after owning the car less than 6 months. My mistake which I won’t make again.

Facilities were disgusting, need more care and attention paid as I'm sure they are greatly used considering the amount of time you spend looking for a car.

Get what you pay for. A lot of substandard cars. High mileage examples common. Most have lots of body or trim damage. Many have been repaired after accidents, having never been quite written off. It's good that you can wander round and try a variety of cars in one location, but I would recommend buying from a reputable dealer who will usually have a manufacturer backed second hand car warranty that you don't pay extra for.

I recently visited Cargiant 3 times prior to purchasing a car and only have good things to say about the dealership. The cars are very competitively priced (you can verify on auto trader) and the people I have met are professional and do not try to oversell. Ibrahim in particular is honest and gregarious, and has given good advice when purchasing a secondhand car - do hit him up if you pop by and are thinking of buying a car. 10/10 will recommend this place/ Ibrahim.

Second time I've bought a car from here. There are many many good points but also some negative points.
There are so many cars to chose from and if you know what you're looking for, chances are you'll find it here. Great! Not so great that the condition of the car isn't as they always say it is. Within 6 months of buying my first car from them, I had to get 2 new tyres. Apart from that, I loved my first car from them. Going back the second time, I went to view a BMW. I booked my test drive online but that doesn't seem to matter as you could walk in and ask to test drive anything. Test drive itself

Thoroughly check the car you have in mind because the car I brought had worn down breaks that were Squeaking a little and a black mark that I was unable to remove on the left mirror, other than that it’s a great place to buy a car.
They have financing available aswell, with the options of Personal Contract Hire (pcp) or Hire Purchase (HP)

I've purchased a car and it was a few things which was not working. car giant sorted the problem... but mechanic left interior filfy...all around wind screen plenty of dark fingerprints...and scratched glove box...the same time service light on dash board shows me that oil need to be changed and I've been told that they can't do anything about it!!!

Amazing car show room, I think it's the biggest in the country. I don't think you will find cars selling at a better price than here...but that in itself comes at a price. I'm quite confident they don't spend the time or money checking the cars, so I do know quite a few people (including myself) that have walked away with less than ideal cars. The good thing though is from what I've seen, car giant are happy to pay for the repairs caught early or take back the car without much fuss. 2 star rating still because people should be able to buy with confidence, I don't believe you can here.

I was almost killed by Cargiant‘s Car just 1 day from purchasing the car!
Despite claiming to be “the World’s biggest used car dealer”, Cargiant is selling cars with dangerous faults and I was almost killed by a car bought from Cargiant after just 1 day from purchasing!
I bought this 2018 registered Mercedes GLC 220d from Cargiant with price of GBP28,799 plus 3 years Cargiant warranty of GBP1,199 just on 10th Oct 2021，but was almost killed when its wheel fell off just second day on my journey and completely shocked by both its dangerous goods and poor services.

The staff are all robotic with hardly any knowledge of cars. They are told to learn scrip's which makes them all give the same replies to questions you ask. The staff have individual targets and if not met have a review and the company comes down hard on them. They really don't give a crap about customers there just numbers and want to flog dodgy cars to meet there targets. The reason I say dodgy is upon closely looking at cars I can see allot of cars have had previous unrecorded damage as I have seen cars with a complete respray

Imagine IKEA only if it was designed by idiots and operated by absolute numpties and that gives you an idea of what the car buying experience is like at Car Giant. Waiting interminably for the salespeople to help me, I felt like K from the Castle, waiting for an immovable and uncaring bureaucracy. I am there to spend many thousands of pounds and they treated me like an unwanted refugee.
The reason they exist is that they do have good prices on their inventory. Just be prepared to pay the cost in time and general misery to take advantage is that.

Buying a car at Cargiant after all was a very good experience. To me the transparency (You See What You'll Get and You Get What You Pay), the huge number of cars on offer (all brands, types, makes) and the sales process and staff have made buying a car easy and without the hassle I expect in this business.

Prices are fixed and there is no negotiating. This actually takes out a lot of the usual hassle.

The cars are presented by brand and by type, so it is really easy to compare all these. This is much easier than if for example you have to go to different brand specific car dealers.

I have just bought a car from Car Giant (Ford Mondeo) and am very pleased with it. I had not heard of them before and was almost over whelmed at the sheer size of the place and the range of cars on hand. I had done a fair bit of research prior to going there and had some specific cars I wanted to view which I think helps, if you just turn up without any idea of what you are looking for, the choice could be daunting. In contrast to another review posted I found their prices for the cars I looked at to be £1000 - £1500 cheaper than I could source through dealers locally.

Cargiant is nothing like I imagined it would be... but I had a very overactive imagination as an 8 year-old driving past every weekend. Where are the giant turntables showcasing the cars that people selected? Where are the conveyor belts bringing cars to you while you sit on a sofa and have a cup of tea? Crazy imaginations aside, Cargiant stocks over 5000 cars! I have never seen so many cars in one place in my life! It's very well organised by manufacturers and they have a map at the entrance to help you along. If you have a set budget

Car Giant is MASSIVE! They certainly have named it to perfection! The place is huge. Located just off the M25 at White City, right next to the new Westfield Shopping Centre. Car Giant is sectioned off into areas, small vehicles, medium vehicles, people carriers, 44's, sports cars etc. It is extremely well organised and a pleasure to wander round. The staff are so helpful and friendly and will bend over backwards to make sure your visit is enjoyable even if you are there just for an idea of a new car and not buying.
