Oh my days. What a lovely lady. 😍 I had only visited the area for a healing session. The last 2 buses didn't show up and I was stuck. I rang 3 places and just got a really friendly response from the lady on the phone.
She come and collected me within a few minutes.
Honestly she was lovely, we had a nice chat on the drive back to home. Would highly recommend 👌 x

Unreliable and didn't turn up for prebooked appointment.
After 3 years you write a reply I can only imagine you have done this to boost your rating.
I can assure you that the taxi was per booked with your company.
Due to you horrendous service. I nearly missed my train to London. I can also reassure you that I would not in any circumstances recommended your company.

Honestly I’m looking at some of these bad reviews and I am baffled. Woolston travel is the best taxi company I know. Susan and her drivers are nothing but polite and professional and always makes sure they are on time. The taxis are always clean and I always feel safe. I know Susan wouldn’t be ‘rude’ so maybe the people who are saying she is rude are actually the ones who themselves are rude. I can only imagine some of the people she has to deal with.
Overall, I can’t rate this taxi company highly enough. I’ll always be a loyal customer!
