Great people to talk to and always wanting to help. But the drivers say they have turned up or on there way, and they never are. It's been over an hour I was waiting and we had a text saying the car had been dispatched. Never showed up, and the people on the phone did everything they could to help. We just made it to meet our friends before they moved on... but we didn't get any discount on the taxi at all

Easy to get through by phone, the cab turned up quickly within the time promised, and the driver was very nice. There was a bit of confusion when some other customers jumped into the taxi meant for me, but the driver checked the booking name and explained, thus resolving the issue in friendly manner. Top marks.

Rang for a taxi to be told it would be 50 minutes. After waiting for 70 minutes we rang to see where the taxi was to be told it would be 10-15 mins. After another 30 minutes we rang back to be told it would be 10-15 minutes. When again the taxi did not arrive (almost 2 hours after ringing them) I rang back again to cancel the taxi as we had booked an Uber and the gentleman I spoke to was very rude and when I tried to explain the situation he hung up on me!
Very unprofessional and rude. Do not give them your service as they don’t have any respect for the customer, ring an Uber instead!

Absolutely disgusting. Rang up to book a taxi 10am for the taxi to come for 12pm,had to wait 40min in the cold with a 2 year old kid to be told that they canceled it and couldn't give any reason. When i rang up again got told they will put the phone down because they won't tolerate shouting and I didn't even shouted. Absolutely useless!!!

Arranged a taxi, came on the wrong day at the wrong time.
Checked the next day to confirm booking. It was confirmed. After 15 minutes past the arrival time, I phoned to ask where the taxi was. Told it was only a mile away. It wasn't. Eventually a friend took me to Wigan railway station, where I caught the train with a couple of seconds to spare. If I had waited for the taxi I would have missed the London train and forfeited my ticket, and been forced to purchase another ticket at great expense. Don't like unreliability and the couldn't care less attitude of the staff. Won't
