Services
Our fees cover all of the work required to complete the your sale, purchase or re-mortgage, including dealing with obtaining redemption statements, enquiries, registration at the Land Registry and dealing with the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax (England) or Land Transaction Tax (Wales). The fees listed are our average fee ranges for a sale, purchase or remortgage transactions.

At Serjeant & Son we will provide an experienced and sympathetic helping hand, whatever your situation may be. From small estates to agricultural businesses, our level of professionalism and commitment to helping you and your family does not differ.
Sometimes all it takes is a solicitor's letter to prompt payment of a late invoice or repayment of a debt. We charge 120 + VAT for the first letter we send on your behalf. If you require further letters to the same debtor then they will be charged at our normally hourly rate. If you require letters to different debtors then these are 50 + VAT per letter.
