The drivers are always friendly but also know when to give me some peace (If i've had a late night!), really can't fault it. Took me and the lads to race day at Newbury. Resonably priced, all on time, nothing bad to say really. Will use again, and have recently changed from United cars - SN1 provide a far better service.

Was using sn1 cars almost everyday but today’s incident helped me to take a step back .Had booked a taxi for 10.05 am
,the driver kept on calling on phone since 9.59 am stating has arrived and finally banging our house door . When asked y u being so rude as walked away after banging replied if i am being rude then u can get down of my taxi and on the journey kept on saying i can drop u back. Is it our fault they arrive early to pick up thAn booked and top of it so rude behaviour . Is it our fault that he had to wait if he arrives early inspite of road being so free.Pathetic customer service

Used to use this service all the time, lowest cab fares and really punctual - stopped using all together as of November as now can’t book cabs in advance anymore, and every time I call it says too high a demand in my area. Every time without fail.
On the off chance I get through to an operator (they never pick up anymore, just rings out) they just say the same, no availability.
It’s like everyone at the business just straight up left or something.
Not to mention their app doesn’t work if you have to verify with your bank/payment details - gets stuck on the verification screen.

I called for a cab to pick myself and three friends up 5 hours ahead of time with the destination of Swindon train station. Said cab was 20 minutes late with no apology, went to the wrong hotel initially, and was one of the least pleasant drivers I’ve ever had the misfortune of sharing a vehicle with. At the very least the company could have discounted our ride for the immense amount of inconvenience, but they neglected to even verbally acknowledge just how bad the service was.

Shocking one of your taxi drivers drove off and left my partner on her own on Manchester Road early hours on a Saturday night because the cash machine swallowed her card and not to mention her phone had died. It took her 30 minutes to walk home.
Thankfully she got home safe
I won’t be using again. No concern for the customers safety especially being a woman. The driver could have just went to another cash machine and used a different card.

We booked at taxi in advance from the festival at the weekend. We waited 45 minutes to then receive a text cancelling our taxi, giving a poor excuse they couldn't access the road. We walked down the road that couldn't be accessed to find that it was clear! We tried calling to rebook with no answer from them. Many taxis from the company arrived at the event refused to let anyone in and would then drive off. Many people experienced the same as us. Why promote a service at an event and then not bother to provide it!!

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Told the firm where we needed to be picked up from, driver rang 2 times to say he was at the location when infact he was down the street near us not where we were. Got in, told him we needed to be at travelodge west to which he said there is only one travelodge it's in the centre. We said there is a west travelodge, got the postcode and street name up for him, he said no there isnt. So we said we would get out and get another firm if he didnt know where to go. As we were getting out the driver told us to 'f**k off then.' Absolutely disgusting

Daughter used this company on a Saturday night. Car started smoking and driver tells her to stay in car. Flame comes out dashboard and she jumps out and car goes up in flames. Monday, I eventually speak to a manager who thinks that advice was acceptable, said if I had a problem with that I should speak to the driver. No apology or enquiry as to how she was. Unacceptable!! Avoid!!!

Stood outside of a store for 56 minutes waiting for these guys which was perfect because it's exactly how I wanted to spend my Friday afternoon ,waiting outside with my shopping for almost an hour. i understand these companies get busy but there was no pre warning I would be waiting that long. called twice and the woman assured me they would be there soon so each of these calls she could have easily said sorry you're looking at almost an hour but nope. finally gave up and called another company. Never again.
