Avoid at all costs.
We were reliant upon Terry's Taxis to get us back from a wedding far outside Wootton Bassett. We booked over email and received confirmation and an arranged price, and all seemed to be arranged.
Naturally, no car turned up when we needed it. We phoned and were answered by a surly man who insisted he couldn't do it, and when asked why he didn't warn us, he spat back that he "couldn't phone every customer."
Thankfully VCars were able to pick us up at short notice.
