I called this company to book a ride and they said they would get a car to come immediately, I thought this meant that it would only take 5-10 minutes to arrive as I was on my lunch break but it took 20 minutes to arrive. After speaking with the taxi man he said he only found out about this journey recently as he was available earlier as he was close to the hospital at this time. Why was this not communicated with me if you were not going to tell a taxi man until later or at least let me know that it will take about 20 minutes.
