Booked a room for my other half's birthday weekend, we got our room upgraded to a lovely room, plenty of space, big comfy bed.
Birthday balloon accommodated for us.
Patricia was a lovely host from start to finish, very friendly and lovely.
We brought the deli platter with a glass of wine which was delicious and filling, we had a taxi ordered for us for out evening out.
We will most definitely be coming back! Highly recommend hotel!

Lovely small boutique hotel. Comfy beds ensure a great night's sleep.
Patricia was extremely helpful and made provision for an early check in , as we had to attend an early afternoon wedding.
Overall a pleasurable experience. Would stay again and recommend to anyone who desires a short stay in Stratford upon Avon.

Fully booked and paid for we arrived and they asked for ID (we are both 18) they said ‘it’s not acceptable for the female to be with you’ this was a weekend away for a birthday. It says on their website people aged 16+ will be considered ‘adults’ so we couldn’t see the problem? We were also waiting 10 minuets at reception to be checked in before we were turned away

Booked this hotel for 5 day break in October, only after cancellation period had expired we were informed there was no restaurant as they had no chef. Someone did pop over the road to Spar to fetch croissants for breakfast. Anyway we have complained quietly and discreetly about false advertising to the Operation Manager who has not had the decency to reply. This is not a hotel with restaurant and bar, it is a room with directions to local pubs and restaurants. Shocking!!

We had a 1 night stay and to be honest I could easily stay a week or more.
The Service from entering was excellent and immediately felt at home, the entrance is smart, clean and welcoming.
The room itself was brilliant, clean, well equipped with a smart fully functioning en suite.
We had a deli board and wine in the evening and the continental breakfast the following morning which was a great end to our short stay.
We'll definitely be back again!

I went out of my way to book a quiet room. "Garden room" sounds quiet right? It is in fact on a main road. "Garden" refers to a small strip of grass between the car park and a long straight main road that had cars, buses and lorries driving past late at night and early in the morning. As such, this was a disastrous evening - we paid over the odds to be cooked inside a hot room with cheap bedding and when we finally relented and opened the window, we might as well have been on the blinking main road. Awful.
