Diane was friendly and clear about all the costs we would be incurring at our first meeting. She helped us make some delicate family decisions, and then when there were hold ups in the process of house purchasing she was calm and professional. We were grateful for her patience and attention to detail. There were small but important mistakes in legal documents that she spotted. Thank you to Claire Malone and her team for handling the sale of our property so efficiently. Our sale was not as straight forward as you might expect - splitting Land Registry Titles etc - Claire visited our property, explained the legalities to us clearly and updated us at every hurdle.
