My friend recommended Simpson Millar to me and Heather Boyd and her team worked very professionally in the conveyancing of my house. Well what a bunch of jokers, engaged them on the 11/11/2021 to do the conveyance on a property and split the funds as per a detailed court order, all very straightforward, having completed all the paperwork on there portal, only to receive a phone call yesterday evening that they do not want to take the case on, 4 weeks totally wasted, jokers

4 years ago I approached Simpson Millar fir legal advice and to support my medical negligence case.
After a diagnosis of bowel cancer and life changing surgery I felt my treatment had not been managed appropriately.
I have had 3 solicitors during the years Simpson Millar have acted for me. Lindsay Clarke being my current solicitor, over her 18 months working on my case she successfully achieved a substantial settlement offer.
Lindsay has been professional throughout the time she has worked on my case. My claim of negligence is personal and some discussions could have been difficult and embarrassing
