You can make a payment with our secure online payment system which is done through Worldpay. Payments can only be accepted in GBP - Sterling, using any of the above credit cards and all debit cards. If you are entitled to a refund under our General Terms of Business, it will be processed within 7 days to the debit or credit card which made the payment.

Simpson Millar's history dates back to 1841, when Henry Simpson became a partner based in the London Bridge area. In 1991, we expanded into Leeds to service union clients in the north of England, and today, we've got more than 500 people working in 8 different offices. Well what a bunch of jokers, engaged them on the 11/11/2021 to do the conveyance on a property and split the funds as per a detailed court order, all very straightforward, having completed all the paperwork on there portal, only to receive a phone call yesterday evening that they do not want to take the case on, 4 weeks totally wasted, jokers

Initially I was under the care of Rebecca Shelton and then moved to Melanie Webb (now Hartley). I have to say that both were excellent and helped me navigate my way through various court proceedings.

4 years ago I approached Simpson Millar fir legal advice and to support my medical negligence case.
After a diagnosis of bowel cancer and life changing surgery I felt my treatment had not been managed appropriately.
I have had 3 solicitors during the years Simpson Millar have acted for me. Lindsay Clarke being my current solicitor, over her 18 months working on my case she successfully achieved a substantial settlement offer.
Lindsay has been professional throughout the time she has worked on my case. My claim of negligence is personal and some discussions could have been difficult and embarrassing
