Amazing service and would use again. Bought a Volvo XC90 from them in April after spending quite some time reading reviews for Volvo specialists. Sales (Jay in particular) were great, very helpful and gave a fantastic service. But most impressive was when a fault occurred soon after - just one of those things - but the warranty paid out on most of the cost and Seymour agreed to pay all other costs so I wasn't out of pocket, no quibbles. Will use again and would definitely recommend. This is what a car sales company should be like.

Traded in my car and purchased a used car from here. Excellent customer service from Clive. He was very helpful in explaining about the vehicle and assisted me in contacting my car insurance company. The next day, I asked a favour about the small polystyrene from my traded in car. He posted it to me for free. Highly recommending this dealer from a very happy customer. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Recently bought a previously owned C-30, a few minor issues surfaced upon using the car (to be expected with a car of its age) but everything was resolved with no trouble.

Having just bought myself a new (old) toy, a Volvo C30, having owned it a couple of weeks there were one or two things I wanted done. It was arranged for me to take it back in. When I did everything I asked to be done was done cheerfully and to a good standard plus I was provided with coffee to boot. Excellent service!
