John at Speedwell was a great help when purchasing my BMW. Nothing was too much trouble. When I had a small problem with the car, it was taken in and dealt with quickly. No hastle, or trying to fob me off. Just quick and effective service. 👍
There was no courtesy car available, but within 2 hours they had rang me to say they got one especially for me.
Even Steve the Mechanic was always in a chipper mood. Big smiles all round.

I can honestly say that I've never had such good customer service from a car dealership when buying a used car and trading-in my car. I found Richard in Sales to be upfront, honest and thoroughly reliable. Everything happened as was promised and I actually ended enjoying the whole process. In my experience, they were excellent in all areas of the deal.

10/10 they really know there cars at Speedwell no high pressure salesman chasing you around the car lot.
Just a nice relaxing place to go and browse or buy a good quality used car with 12 months warrantee what's not to like.
We have purchased two used cars from Speedwell in the last 12 months and all I can say is that it was the easiest car purchases we have ever had made even better buy such a fab salesman as David Barton.
Nothing is to much trouble everything explained simply and without no technical jargon or hard sell "what an asset to the company" David is. Shame I don't sell cars for a

Because it isn't specifically part of the main dealership, service is poor. Bought a car and within the first year the car had been into main dealer several times with issues, so much wrong with my 'safety checked' car bought in the hope of a safer car, not the case. In the first year had constant problems with the clutch which resulted in it burning out and garage that fixed it said it had been slipping for a while and had visibly been getting hot. (It had been looked at by honda mechanic 5 times and told the clutch was fine and had 'loads of life left ').Air conditioning condenser broken, temperature

Brought a second hand car from speedwell online last week! They went above and beyond at time of sale! Since driving the car away they have been more than helpful by fitting isofix to the car and fixing the small issues I’ve had! Rich and Steve have been truly amazing and I can’t thanks then enough for their help! Would recommend to everyone
