An update on some of the recent measures we've put in place to maintain our Collection and Delivery service whilst keeping both customers and colleagues safe. Masks are now optional but we recommend they are worn inside properties to protect our staff and customers. Entry to properties is now permitted by prior arrangement subject to continued observance of hygiene measures.
If any part of your journey is within 10 miles of us in Bovey Tracey - that's the collection address, the route or the delivery address - you will only pay for the part of the journey that we are carrying your goods. So for example, if your 'collection to delivery' distance is 40 miles - you will only pay for 40 miles.
