GB Recruitment act on behalf of many schools and nurseries in the local area. Requirements are relayed to us daily, enabling our Consultant to match suitable candidates. This can be for either long or short term placements. We then communicate with the relevant people to assess availability for the post and inform them of the details required.
GB Recruitment was recommended to me by a friend. I have just finished my first term working for GB after being made redundant from a school that I worked at for 17 years. I was a bit apprehensive about signing up for supply work but it has been a great experience - much better than I expected. Lisa is fantastic and has found me placements suitable for my requirements and always checks with me first. I have worked at some really lovely schools and am looking forward to my next placement after Christmas that I am booked for.
