It's ok (at the start) as it was my first job I was way too overwhelmed diddnt get taught propperly and constantly getting shouted at. Worst thing is I was getting paid half of what I was supposed to. Completely unorganized had to follow other workers about just to know what I'm doing.

Poor agency. Seemed alright at first at londis South elmsal but had to call in sick one day and they wouldn't have me back. After a year I asked if they had any work and was told to come back in to re sign up. Had to fill out daft amount of paperwork again for them to ignore my messages and not give me any work. Also every time I've been in the office they are always slagging off drivers and look down to drivers like they are above them. Alot better agency's out there.

I’ve been driving hgv part time for Talstaff for a few months now. The pay is good and the work is clean. Modern fleet on most contracts. They should encourage driver’s to wear safety equipment. Hi vis vest … boots. Etc. . I saw a driver climbing out of his cab wearing a scruffy black tshirt and flip flops . All Talstaff drivers should wear Talstaff uniforms. … carry Talstaff hold halls. Etc etc. To be treated as professionals . The staff are polite and go out of their way to help with any problems…

I qualified as HGV driver in May/June 2020, and I contacted Talstaff as I wanted to get some experience driving HGV vehicle's. I went to the office and completed an assessment and then some additional training with a fully qualified driver which was really good.
I have had regular work through the agency and they have supported me from day one, they have an easy process for checking availability and once you have given your availability you always get work which has been valuable to me for experience.
Would definitely recommend using Talstaff really good company and staff at South Elmsall have

Brilliant team of people at Talstaff they give me the chance when I first passed my class 1 to drive Hgv vehicles. They are very fair with pay rates and Talstaff have always done there best to accommodate my work requirements.
