Stayed recently however won't return if ever in area again, hotel itself is very outdated the pics actually do a good job hiding it, first room heating didn't work neither hot water so told them of issue and after an hour I had to swap room to a single bed from a double at same cost, then in 2nd room tv didn't work but wasn't worth hassle as wouldn't be using anyway.
Both rooms where not fully clean, 2nd room bathtub had visible marks that needed to be cleaned, alot of dust in places but then it is a 3 star hotel, didn't try food or drink so can't comment on this, beds where poor they are old

We had to go there for my husband's booster jab. I felt very sorry for the lady trying to organise the car park. She was doing a brilliant job. But one person in particular was very arrogant. I don't think he was there for the booster, I've a feeling he was staying there. But staff were doing a great job

Lisa, the girl on reception, ensurer stay was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she provided everything needed. She was polite, professional and easy to talk to. The way some guests spoke to her was unfair and uncalled for. Although decor is outdated food was good and other staff lovely. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Pleasant staff and thankfully there was a vacant room when I needed a break mid drive. Generally it felt like a rather tired hotel, everything was adequate, nothing more. The room soundproofing was definitely inadequate, I have up and left soon at about 6am as the people in the next room had been talking and generally shuffling around since they got in at just after 1am. On the plus side, a comfy bed and I got in about 400 steps on my way to my room, great after hours in the car!

Starting at getting to the hotel, I feel it could be tricky for people to find if they don't know the area well as the hotel isn't very well advertised on the main road... apart from the vague 'hotel' sign.
On arrival, parking at the hotel was great as plenty of parking spaces for everyone. Getting out of the car and approaching the main entrance the hotel looked okay, going inside it did feel very outdated. Check-in was very straight forward and easy, the staff member at reception was friendly enough.
