There are just not enough superlatives to describe our experience with Hudson Property . Throughout the whole process Oliver and his team were amazing, keeping us regularly informed of progress and chasing things along when needed. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand when needed. I have used many estate agents over the years and can safely say Hudsons are in a league of there own and a stand out example of how thjngs should be done. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending their services and if I had to describe Hudsons in a single word it would be ‘brilliant’

I recently sold an apartment through Hudson property. All staff were extremely helpful during the process- complicated because of the management companies involved- helpful with updates, guidance and regular contact via phone call or email despite Covid regulations and staff working from home.

Even doh we could not complete the buying of a property due to some unfortunate work issues.

I would highly recommend Hudson property. Oliver Hudson kept us updated throughout the whole process and chased up solicitors and others in the chain where necessary. They made everything much easier than it would have been otherwise. This is my 2nd experience selling a property with them and I really wouldn't go with anyone else.

Sold our house within a few weeks of it going on the market. Hudson’s told us we had a financially sound buyer but unknown to us they didn’t research their situation. Our house was ‘Sold Subject to Contract’ for over 3 months and then it turned out the buyers couldn’t afford to buy our house and it all fell through. Our property is now at the… bottom of the list on Rightmove. Hudsons only advice is to drop the price. We’ve asked for photos to be refreshed, property to be ‘Featured’ for a few weeks to see what happens and they won’t do
