When are we open? All Tenderlinks Day Nursery settings are open 51 weeks of the year, from Monday to Friday. Children can be dropped off as early as 7.30am, and we close our doors at 6pm at Twickenham & Godalming and at 6.30pm at Streatham & Norbury. Are we registered with Ofsted? Yes. All four of our nurseries are registered to provide day care for children from three months to five years of age.
We are regularly inspected by Ofsted to ensure we are meeting their high standards. We're proud of the fact that all our nurseries have received 'Good' ratings at their most recent inspections. Who will be looking after your children? When your child is registered with us, they will be appointed a key worker, who will be responsible for overseeing their development during their time at Tenderlinks.

Services
What do we teach? All children who attend a Tenderlinks Day Nursery will have access to a broad curriculum, based on the EYFS learning principles. Our practitioners adapt their teaching methods depending on your child's age, so that older children successfully reach their early learning goals and they are fully prepared to begin their primary education.
Your children will enjoy a healthy breakfast once they arrive at the setting. Then, to ease them into the day, we provide a variety of stimulating, adult-led activities. There will be an opportunity for rest time, and the children will also enjoy some outdoor play. At some settings, children will have the chance to participate in other activities such as swimming and dance lessons.
When parents leave their children with a care provider, often one of their main concerns is whether their children will be well fed. That's why Tenderlinks Day Nurseries are 100 per cent committed to providing all children with a healthy, balanced diet. What will your child eat at nursery? All children will be offered a hearty breakfast, as well as a hot lunch and tea.
At Tenderlinks, we celebrate the uniqueness of all the children we care for, and our practitioners adapt their approach so that each individual child can learn and develop at their own pace. Although we carefully plan all of our activities to make the curriculum inclusive to all, we also recognise that some children have specific educational needs or disabilities which mean they need extra support.
Tenderlinks has a responsibility to protect all the children in our care, and we will take all reasonable steps to safeguard their rights, health and well-being. We regularly review our safeguarding policy to ensure it meets current legislation. We aim to involve representatives from across our nursery community - from the children and parents to our staff members - in the policy development and review process.

My Daughter has been at Tenderlinks Streatham now for 5 months and I have to say she settled in really well and loves going to nursery. The staff are friendly and genuinely lovely and although its only a small little building it has everything you could ask for. Its clean and the my family app is a bonus I love to receive photos throughout the day and see what she been up to or what little trip they have been on.
I always get a little hand over at the end of the day and staff are always helpful. Its just a really nice place and my daughter loves it she is comfortable there and thats what matters

I’m very happy of Tenderlinks nursery for my 14 months baby. The staff are accommodating and very dedicated. You can always be updated about his daily activities and check how long he slept, how much he’s eaten and what, by way of the famly app which is nice and easy to use. You get news, pictures of the babies and looks like you are involved in his daily routine. Food looks healthy and the nursery is newly renovated. They also provide comments and advices on his growth and development which I find very useful. Above all I can say that he’s clearly happy to go, when I see him running in to

My daughter has been attending for a little over 2 years now and she is really happy here. I like the fact that each child has their own individual targets for the month and the staff a great with her. On the small number of occasion I have had a slight issue it has always been resolved immediately. They are always organising fun days for them such as fancy dress days and Pyjama days. Would definitley recommend

I am a mum of three and all of my children attending Tenderlinks Nursery for just a little over two year's. We had our down days with missing clothing or paint all over they clothing (nothing a spear outfit in their bag wouldn't resolve) but all of the ups superseded that.
The staff are amazing, so diligent and caring. I felt like they all had a individual relationship with each of my children. They would do the smallest of things that would make a great impact. Bending down when greeting or address the children, using their best skills the cater to each specific child's need. I really felt comfortable

My son is very happy here, and is always learning something new at the nursery. We receive observation reports and teaching goals via the Famly app. We can also see how much he has eaten and how he is napping. The staff are friendly and my son talks about them often. I'm glad in these uncertain times he can go somewhere and be "normal"
