Services
Traditional Italian style vegetable soup or our daily soup of the day served with homemade bread and butter. Toasted Italian bread rubbed with garlic topped with gorgonzola and parma ham, drizzled with E.V.O.O and balsamic glaze. Pan fried seabass served with a fennel puree, samphire, fish bon bons and Tuscan roast potatoes.
Hand dived North Atlantic Scallops cooked in an apple puree served with black pudding bon bons. Italian garlic toasted bread topped with buffalo mozzarella, sliced tomato, olives and rocket, drizzled with balsamic glaze and E.V.O.O. Lemon and thyme breaded breast of chicken served with penne pasta cooked in a spicy arrabbiata sauce.
Due to the current situation we have had to adapt our delivery menu due to the availability of fresh produce. Whilst adhering to government guidelines we will have limited staff working and this menu is designed to make our delivery and collection service more efficient. Went to Raffaelle’s yesterday for lunch as we had not been for a while due to the pandemic, as usual the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had a two course lunch and the food was great as was the… service we received my partner especially enjoyed the minestrone soup, it was delicious! I would recommend the margarita cocktail they were so nice I had two! A lovely atmosphere no matter what time you are dining.

Terrible service and when I left a review to explain how we had been treated, I never heard back from anyone. We were told we needed to leave as they needed the table back, but it had taken 45 mins between starter and main course so there was no time for the dessert that we "had" to pay for as it was Christmas eve. Then told we could take dessert away with us but had to stand outside to wait for it. They clearly forgot and we had to go back in for it. No apology or even a decent reaction from the manager... She wasn't interested and just wanted us out for the next table. Shocking. Won't be back

Ordered take away food at 6pm and was told they are busy so food may take 1.5 hours. I was fine with this, called back at 8pm to be told the driver was on hi way back and wouldn’t be long. Called again at 8.30 to be told “we are busy” the staff member couldn’t have cared any less if she tried. Cancelling the order. Terrible service and staff with bad attitudes.

Mediocre food and service. Restaurant has nice decor and ambiance but it was a little cool on our visit despite sitting next to radiator. Salad was expensive, avocado hard and very little dressing or flavour. Risotto was more like rice pudding in texture and sparse with prawns. Pasta dish average, I could have made a much better meal at home. Staff were pleasant towards the end of our visit.

We were regular customers in Raffaelle's before the pandemic. Last night was our first time since then and although food was delicious as usual, the customer service wasn't the best. During the evening, we ordered 3 things from the menu that weren't available, which caused us to take more time to re-think what we wanted instead. The same thing happened when we were ready for dessert. In addition, the waitress approached our table with only 1 of the 2 desserts that we ordered, saying that the kitchen was already closed and that they re-opened it just to prepare that dessert but wasn't able to provide
