How to apply for British Citizenship, British Nationality Application & British Naturalisation?. This application is for adult (over 18) application. You can apply for an EEA family member permit to come to the UK if you are from outside the EEA (the European Economic Area) and the family member or 'extended' family member of an EEA or Swiss national (excluding UK nationals). You must be outside the UK to apply for an EEA family permit. Procedural Course & Fee: The residence Card will give you a right to reside for 5 Years.
Spouse Visa UK is a type of Visa which allows a person to remain in the United Kingdom for 30 months (2,5 years), then that leave must be extended only once for another period of 2,5 years if you meet financial requirement.
