A very mediocre experience. Biryani was lacking taste and rather disappointing, the saag paneer barely had paneer in it. Some dishes were fine, but overall, we've had better prepared dishes elsewhere. Judging from the menu, looks like they are going for quantity over quality. The takeaway was 30 mins late, even though we had ordered in advance to pick up. Guy on the front desk managing a complaint call as I walked in, seems that they have their own problems and it's having an impact on the food.

Absolutely appalling service. Table of 8 with a £250 bill we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable from the start. Circling like a shark when waiting for other guests. No manners at all, very passive aggressive waiter. How dare we ask for another drink!! We were made to feel like a nuisance and glasses were collected before we had finished. Then rushed out the door. We will not be returning!

Hair in food, + very greasy.
I would normally be giving this place a 5 star.
But tonight came with good and bad feelings.
We have always got our Indian food here, I use to live in the highstreet so this was a regular for us .
But tonight was out first time Back in 2 years since we moved and had a baby . We got a take away as its our anniversary and wanted to share tonight with our daughter at home.
But the food was not up to par.
Firstly the chicken tikka masala and chicken tikka with no sauce was as always delicious.
But that's where it stopped tonight.
The veg rice was greasy and alot

We’ve just rejected our order. We ordered at 1915. It arrived an hour half past the ETA (2145). And we know for a fact (having phoned and told) the food left the restaurant over half hour ago (driver confirmed it left at 2115). So like our previous order it’ll be cold.
We’ve ordered from elsewhere and will never use Badsha again. They can’t cope with takeaway and I am so disappointed having used them for years.

Ordered at 19.15 ..... turned up at 21.50!!
We live 10 minutes from the restaurant.
Phoned 3 times and were told at one point that we shouldn't have ordered through Just Eat ??!! Why are you on there then???
They even blamed the current fuel crisis??!!
I know there's some panic buying going on but I have fuel and the delivery vans I use for my work all have fuel too!!?? This is the second time it has taken over 2 hours to deliver food, perhaps I should have learnt!!

RUDE !! RUDE !! RUDE!! My partner got told “Hurry Up,I’m Busy” in a rude way when placing an order Over the phone At 5pm, As if our order was a complete inconvenience! Was told to collect order in half an hour, turned up half an hour later only to have To wait a further 20 minutes for our order. And they have a cheek to tell people to ‘hurry up’ Won’t be returning! Staff are completely Rude and the food isn’t to a great standard!
