Not only is choosing the right colour and finishing touches important, but you're also investing your hard-earned money into a home improvement company to get the job done right. Most companies will often refer to their guarantees on their products but never fully explain them to you. What happens if the company goes out of business?

Very poor after sales service, seems to me they want you're money but when you néed them, out come the excuses of why they can't help.

My old tired conservatory was completely refitted with new windows doors and insulated roof. Now got a fully functional spare room that stays warm with a few candles. Excellent work all around and the tradesmen were all really experienced and polite. Would highly recommend

Couldn't be happier with our new doorway which was fitted yesterday by Donald and Pete in appalling conditions. The service we've received from whole team at Plan-it has been outstanding and Emma has kept us informed throughout the entire process. Definitely earned a five star rating!

Playin’ at it... Sorry “Plan-it Windows”. We bought 10 windows, 1 door and had our roofline competed at a cost of approx. £9,600. Of the 10 windows, 7 have had faults: cracked sashed, cracked frames, scratched frames, scratched beads and handles that are misaligned. Plan-it even ordered the frames from 2 different manufacturer’s therefore the hardware (handles, locking mechanisms etc) are different to the windows in the house. The front door: the lock didn’t work and that ended up being replaced. Finally, onto the roofline: cracked brackets ‘fixed’ with clear silicone and lead flashing
