Very disappointed in this company. I had them out to my address to quote for backing a box pelmet already insitu for me. They promptly came out to measure up. However after being promised the quote the next day, I never heard. I telephoned and I was told I would be called back that day or the next day. I never heard ! I called the next day to be told similar ! Again never heard ! This was around 6 weeks ago and I have still never heard from them after chasing them twice for them to give me the quote I gave up! Customer service absolutely zero! Definitely avoid using ! Poor service !
