All spa day packages include use of all our facilities including heated indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym. You are welcome to a complimentary tea or coffee on arrival and use of luxury robes and slippers. With any spa package bookings, any additional treatments on the day will receive a 10% discount.

All of our Twilight spa packages include use of all our facilities including heated pool, steam room, sauna & gym from 4pm. You are also welcome to a complimentary tea or coffee on arrival and use of luxury robes & slippers. Use of the spa leisure facilities including heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and air conditioned fully equipped gym until 9.00pm.
Please see our reception team for maps and attractions in the local area. We also have a leaflet stand by the main staircase with all local attractions as well as our teams personal recommendations when you speak to them. Unfortunately, we are unable to cash cheques or offer a cash-back service on debit/credit cards.
Enjoy a generous spread of continental items and juices, especially combined to start your day right along with a Full English or other hot breakfast cooked and prepared especially for you and served to your table. Our lunch menu offers a selection of delicious hot and cold meals and light bites as well as salads and sandwiches and is available between 12.00pm and 2.00pm every day.

Just stayed for Christmas and the food and hospitality could not be faulted.
The team there seem a really happy team .and work well together.
They really made the guest feel welcome.

Absolutely amazing weekend spent here with my husband , mum, uncle and auntie. Food is amazing , spa is great only jacuzzi missing though. Fab location. Our 2nd time here we will be back

Our first stay here. We've been going to Torquay for years now but we've always stayed elsewhere. We saw this hotel being renovated over the years and a couple of years ago decided to try it as a change. We didn't regret it.
A modern hotel, whilst it maybe didn't quite have the character of the place we used to stay in it made up for in other aspects. The food was exceptional from breakfast to dinner. It was clean, well kept and the service was superb.
I'm not sure how often management read these reviews but if they do then the utmost credit has to be given to the staff, all of them. The cleaners

From start to finish the service, rooms and food were amazing! Had the best holiday and didn’t want to leave. The staff were 99% helpful, the rooms were spotless and the food was out of this world.
Just a few of things that could be better
1. Coffee in the rooms is very basic, if you could invest in better coffee that would be good. I see you’ve already invested in high quality biscuits 😊
2. Amenities need upgrading.. I had 2 rooms and both hairdryers blew up or stopped working because they were so old
3. Service outside needs to be better. We often had to wait ages to be served or go

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, rooms are spacious and lovely. Well worth the money. As for the members of staff I would just like to thank Zara and her team for the amazing customer service, nothing seemed to be to much for them and the greeting we had from reception and the final checking out procedure again total professionalism.

I've never stayed anywhere that genuinely cared so much for their guests!
The Belgrave not only made me feel so welcome, but they made my birthday so special. After a cancelled spa treatment (out of their control) they did everything they could to make my birthday meaningful. The staff new who I was and asked about me, my birthday and my Torquay experience. I received a card and a lovely table setting at breakfast plus a cute dessert when I ordered room service. It's the small touched and thoughtfulness behind their actions that made it so good.
Oh yeah..hotel was clean, great beds and great
