Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Wasted my time, asked me to go down and register. After taking an hour to fill out forms which all the information was on the C. V they requested. They then failed to get in touch at all for any jobs at all not just the vacancy I was interested in. Even thou my yearly salary exceeds 45k their loss.

I have dealt with numerous Agencies over the years with the underlying doubt that MY interests were the priority. I had cause to register with PPS in December and had a subsequent face to face meeting with Phil. Phil took the time to actually understand me as an individual and what my experiences were beyond what could be included in a CV - in my opinion, how things should be done in order to gain the best results for all parties involved. I was recently made redundant. I uploaded my CV on to the WEB. A few days later i was contacted by PPS. i was asked a few questions about my CV and was then asked to come in for an interview to delve deeper. From this face to face I was contacted for an interview. Through PPS's process of communication with me and sending over my CV to the company, i can pleasing say i got the job.The service provided and continued follow up calls have and are fantastic and have put me at ease at each and every stage. Signed up with these guys (transportation side) recently and I have to say I'm happy with the work they have given me. The work has been exactly as they described beforehand with detailed information of where to go and who to meet with regards the employer's I've driven for. Pay has been prompt and correct so no issues in this regard either. Would fully recommend, I still work with these guys to this day. Thank you for all that you've done.
