Ground floor extension and full refurbishment to a four storey dwelling on Victoria Park Road, Exeter. CWBuild were commissioned to provide a full refurbishment to an existing dwelling over four stories and provide a new steel frame ground floor extension over an existing basement light well. This project was the extension and refurbishment to an existing in dwelling in central Exeter.
