Angharad was polite, professional and helpful. Unfortunately the sale couldn't go through at no fault of the estate agent but Angharad did everything she could to help. Owing to factors outside of the control of the Chris Davies team our property eventually sold in the June of 2021. At all times the team were available to respond effectively to queries relating to viewings and offers leading to a positive conclusion.
I cannot praise the team at this office highly enough. I was always able to get a timely response by phone, even if I left a voicemail message. The same applied to any emails I sent, which again were answered in a timely manner. We purchased our house via Chris Davies, and they arranged our first visit to the property at very short notice, which was exactly what was needed in the current market conditions.

Both Andrew and Angharad were so efficient . I was always kept in the loop and it was their excellent knowledge of the conveyancing procedure which ensured the smooth transition with the sale, liaising with both my solicitor and the buyers throughout. I can’t praise or thank them enough.

Angharad was an excellent purveyor of information. We purchased our home from Chris Davies and Angharad was a joy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble emails and queries answered immediately. She negotiated solicitors to keep us informed on a regular basis I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm. Angharad is a gold nugget any firm would be proud of having.

Used Chris Davies for the sale of my home in Rhoose,
Andrew was out the next day after my initial email, and although at the time myself and my wife were still undecided about selling or not, Andrew was understanding and supportive of our decision despite taking an hour out of his time to come and value the house etc!
We decided to sell and witching 12 hours the house was in right move and effectively sold within 24 hours through some excellent marketing!
Throughout the move, Angharad was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, any emails I sent were almost immediately replied to and she kept

Chris Davies were an absolute pleasure to buy a property from. From initial viewing, offer, exchange of contracts, through to key handover no query or question was unanswered. We received reliable weekly progress updates, preventing our need to contact our solicitor to chase latest status. The service given was a step above any estate agent we have previously dealt with. Rhoose always seems to me to be a tiny place to have more than one estate agent; but it does! Rhoose is a relatively cheap area that people retire to and so there is a constant market as people die and their property is sold on by their younger relatives. The Rhoose branch of Chris Davies is one of a chain of several branches in nearby towns. The branch retains a small town feel although the sales pitch can be aggressive. As sales have slumped with the credit crunch, this branch has benefited from having many forced sales (on the death of elderly residents) and many purchasers who are cash buyers
