Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with sea breeze. I rented a property through them, and when I had a week left of my tenancy I was told by my landlord at the time that the next tenants were moving in the next day. I had a day to get everything out of the house and try and organise things, while working full time. I rang Seabreeze and asked how this had happened and was told it was nothing to do with them and the landlord had told them I was moving out the week before… even though they had a copy of my agreement? I tried to explain the house was not ready and my things were still

Working at a distance ( France ) and selling my late brother's apartment in Penarth, it was important to have professional presentation, regular updates and above all, sound advice. A wonderful local estate agent! Seabreeze Homes sold our house within a matter of days and carried on the excellent service throughout the full process.
