Good hotel and train package arranged by Simon at Hotels direct. Will definitely use them again. The Hotel Citrus in Cardiff is in a very convenient location close to all amenities. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Stayed at Point A, Kings Cross. Hotel clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. No problems with the train tickets. Very happy with the experience and would use this company again to make future travel/ hotel arrangements.

We stayed at St Giles. Great location. Clean friendly. The trains chosen for us we're speedy and very convenient travel times. We even booked an evening at the theatre -Phantom. Will definitely use again.

Last JULY 2020 we booked a stay at a London Hotel and Rail Travel for Christmas shopping in December and paid in full. Because of Covid, the trip was cancelled and in FEBRUARY 2021 we are still awaiting a refund! After five emails, how many more times do I have to contact Hoteldirect to obtain my refund or even a response!!! Can't fault the booking process, easy and clear with an attentive rep on the end of the phone, hence one star but the refund system is diabolical! This company should now do the right thing and refund my money immediately.

Easy to use site, compared other sites for same theatre and hotel deal and this one seemed the best for what we wanted. Received a confirmation email on booking and then a second email a couple days before to confirm that they had spoken to the hotel and all was ready for us. We had to collect the tickets from the box office and this was very straight forward. Would use again, can’t say a bad word about my experience.
