Don't not use Quoteline for insurance! They got me insurance with Antilo who is the worst insurance company known and they have cancelled my insurance policy not they have taken two payments from me. First was a deposit of insurance, then 8 days later another payment had come out of my account. In 18 years of driving I've never had to make a Deposit then a further monthly installments 8 days later. . Not once did they state to me what insurance company I was actually with. Only when I asked the question who am I actually insured with did they tell me. Absolute con of a company.

I am writing this review on behalf of my dad's experience because he doesn't do the Internet and is not computer minded in any way. If I could give no stars for this company that would be too many. My dad had his renewal arrive by post where the premium had increased. He was unhappy with this increase and decided to call them to try and re negotiate a better priced premium. He phoned them 8 different times over different days (because the lines were busy), he was told he would be called back in 10 minutes but that never happened. İ was the existing customer of this company .Regret to choose this company .İ did a van insurance and paid in full for annual amount
£1670 , after 3 months İ bought a new van and tried to changed my registration plate for same policy ,they wasted my time for 3 days , stucked for my work , lived trouble with my customers and they didn't do anythiny , very unprofessional, İ ' ve waited for 3 days but nothing , then İ decided to cancel my policy , they offered me 500 pound refund , they've cut off lots of money, shortly lots of damages for money and work , İ don't recommend this company to

Same problem as some previous, didn't accept NCB on another vehicle but never explained and no mention of it when setting up the policy, then sent correspondence for more money but didn't explain what it was for, emailed them 3 times, no reply. Finally rang and they said they hadn't received emails and payment they were requesting was they didn't accept my NCB on another vehicle and had to change policy to zero no claims, expressed my dissatisfaction and how much to cancel, they said £75 as outside my cooling off period. Wasn't given opportunity to rectify the issue within the cooling off period

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.
Its either we are too busy try back or you get put in a queue and sit there for over an hour with the same 20 second music on loop.
Clearly a tactic of this company not to answer the phone so they don't have to pay out on claims.
Infuriating highly unprofessional, wouldn't mind if I could actually cancel my policy but I can't even get through to do that.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT USE
I've spent from 9:30am - until 12 currently still on the phone with no joy.
All I wanted to to do was add another name driver, I've been cut off several times already, been put through to multiple people without anyone knowing what the hell to do.
On my account, they put ' customer put the phone down' - charming!!!!
I've now asked to cancel my policy and will not be renewing with the again as I'd rather pay more money to deal with a better customer service team.
Instead of getting any further money out of me I'm cancelling my policy
