Limited interactions with DM, but they were not the most professional outfit.
Tried to arrange a house viewing: had to phone 3 times over 5 days; on each call I was promised a call-back that never occurred. On attempt 4 I finally got a viewing, only for said viewing to be cancelled and pushed back by 4 days; by that point the property had gone.
I can only assume this was a momentary blip in their estate agent branch's quality of service.
