Quite efficient but let down by not having the copies of documents that we handed over at the meeting and we needed to send them again. Not really a problem but what if I didn't have a scanner etc. ? People I spoke to were a pleasure to deal with and I liked the way they handled things efficiently by email. Been a while since I dealt with solicitors but perhaps they all do that now?
