Absolutely shocking, not a single shred of communication between their teams. Had to correct their invoices 4 times, delayed move in date as paperwork wasn't processed in time. 2 months later I'm being chased for another payment which has already been made with no response from their teams. Would actively recommend you go somewhere else for property purchase.

I can't thank Arran and Lianne enough for their help with my flat purchase! They have always been very helpful, professional, and responded to all questions and queries very swiftly. They always cleared up any confusion or misunderstanding I might have had due to me not being familiar with the process of buying a flat in the UK. Not to be recommended. I've been a landlord in Edinburgh for over 10 years - Gilson Gray took over the management a couple of years ago but have been nothing but trouble every since. They are sadly incompetent, with no attention to detail and I would advise you stay away. If I could give a no star review then I would. They managed to let the HMO on the property run out without realising, and let the council tax bill which they had received go as far as a court order before telling me it had not been paid. They are very difficult to contact and communicate with, and do not follow through on simple
