Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy, slow and costly in a short summary. Any feedback given is saw as criticism or being argumentative and not taken on board, constant errors with paperwork through out the service. Was told one timeframe, when this changed was not informed and given excuses and no apologies. Unless you want a big whole in your pocket and a ton of stress, really not worth your time.

I was in a really urgent situation and needed help fast. Saw LDJ solicitor and then that staff member became off work for a very long time (No ETA) and could not assign anyone else. That staff member made my situation much worse because of the lost time. They were very poor in helping and eventually sent me a letter stating I was being aggressive and didn't want to help me. This is NOT true and even added things in the letter that weren't true at all. I went to a solicitor over the road and they were brilliant. AVOID!!!!
